The Dark Side of the Super Bowl

Strange but true: People are 10 times more likely to choke on food during holidays and national events. The Super Bowl, in particular, can be a dangerous time because of all the snack food consumed (pretzels, chips, nuts, and wings pose the greatest danger).

Since most folks will be enjoying the big game tonight and eating ungodly amounts of crunchy, sloppy, salty snacks, please be careful. Children and hubbies should be watched like a hawk and usually need a gentle reminder to chew and swallow slowly and fully between bites.

Of course, if you’re anything like me, the Super Bowl is nothing compared to the Kitten Bowl! (Just Saying…)

I’ve heard of the puppy bowl but not the kitten bowl. :\
But then again I don’t watch any of the bowls, not even the actual super bowl.
I used to just for the commercials but they seem to have gone down in quality so now I just take advantage of the nation’s obsession and go grocery shopping at an empty store. 😀
