Get Healthy in 2019 with Find Your Trainer

Every new year, I make the same resolution: get healthy. On the surface, it seems so easy, but we all know how tough it can be to follow through. There are always a million excuses—lack of time, not enough energy, other priorities, etc. Instead of looking for excuses, I want to make a commitment to myself. I need to eat better, reduce stress, and exercise more in 2019.

I’ve tried to exercise on my own for a long time, without much success. I prefer to have a workout partner, especially someone who’s supportive and motivating. It’s less boring and much more likely that I’ll participate.

That’s why I love Find Your Trainer, a matching site that helps you locate the perfect trainer based on your goals, personality, lifestyle and body. Trainers will come to your home or office, or you can choose to train with them at their studio—they even supply the equipment needed for your workout! Every trainer is certified, insured, and has completed a full background check, ensuring a safe experience.

If you feel shy and/or intimidated by the typical gym atmosphere—which a lot of women do—this can be a good alternative. There is no pressure to keep up with anyone else and you don’t have to compare yourself to the hardbodies and fitness freaks.

How Find Your Trainer works:

1. Take the quiz – Get matched and pick the
perfect trainer for you.

2. Book your session – Pick a time and
securely pay online.

3. Get FYT – Schedule your free phone
consultation & start working out.

There is no membership required and they offer a full money back guarantee after your first session if it isn’t the best exercise experience you’ve ever had.

Start today by using coupon code GETFYT at checkout and you’ll save$50.00 off your first purchase with Find Your Trainer

I gained 48 pounds from 2017 until now. I’m so ashamed of my body and myself. I want to start but i’m so down it seems impossible.

I relate to what you’re going through because I also struggle with weight. It’s hard to feel positive if you don’t feel attractive. I always gain some in Nov and Dec and then in Jan, it’s a wake up call. I’m kicking myself for over eating, yes, but feeling ashamed isn’t good either. All we can do is start today and make better choices. Not a quick or easy fix, but you’re definitely not alone!

I really like the simplicity of this option. With so many algorithms available, it is nice to find one that will easily make a match without having to know every detail of your life.
