My V-Day gift was a food dehydrator!

Never in my wildest dreams did I think this would be my surprise! I have wanted a food dehydrator for years. Isn’t Hungry Bear (my guy) just the sweetest?

I can’t wait to make jerky, dried fruit, and potpourri. I probably won’t do too much fruit until summer, but it gives me something to look forward to.

Until then, there are so many good recipes here, I don’t even know where to start.
