There is no food I crave more in the Fall than apples! So many wonderful varieties are ripe now, including my all time favorite Honeycrisp.
Apple Bites are very easy to make and taste amazing. If you’re looking for a tasty and healthy Fall snack, try them! (Oh, did I mention they take all of 5 minutes to prepare?!)
To make Apple Bites, you will need only 3 ingredients:
* Apples
* Peanut Butter
* Raisins
Quarter the apple. Spread each slice with peanut butter and press raisins on top. Done!
These are best eaten right away, but they can be enjoyed away from home. To make Apple Bites portable, cut into slices instead of quarters and sandwich the filling between two.
I can’t imagine anyone not liking this combination, but if you want an alternative, try any of these:
* Marshmallow Fluff
* Chocolate Chips
* Nutella
* Coconut Flakes
* Dried Cranberries
* Crushed Candy
* Granola

This is a snack that has all my favorite things in it! I love apples and the peanut butter gives you some protein, while the raisins help with your sweet tooth. At least thats how I look at it.
