I found tons of cheap goodies this week like laundry detergent, snack food, socks, and baby supplies.

CVS:

Since Purex was so cheap and I always have a mountain of dirty clothes waiting, I stocked up on 4 bottles. Total: $7.92! (I paid with $8.00 ECB’s, costing me nothing out of pocket.)

Rite Aid:

I shopped on different days to roll points.

Transaction #1:

8 Arizona Iced teas, regular price $0.99 plus BOGO. Total: $3.96! (Cheap drinks for our Memorial Day BBQ.)

2 Kushyfoot Lace Covers, regular price $4.29 plus BOGO. Total: $4.29 with $3.00 in Plenti Points. (Not the greatest socks ever, but for $0.65/pair after points, I’ll take them.)

2 Kit Kats & 1 Hershey’s bar, sale price $0.69. Total: $2.07 with $1.00 Plenti Points.

Transaction #2:

2 Cetaphil Baby washes, regular price $5.99 plus Buy one, get one 50% off. I used 2 $2.00 manufacturer’s coupons. Total: $4.98 and $4.00 Plenti Points. I used $4.00 Points, paying only $0.98 out of pocket.

This week was very light—few deals, many items out of stock, just blah in general. I did enjoy scoring free drinks, however. Shopping on an 80-degree day makes me exceptionally thirsty!

CVS:

2 Aquafina waters, sale price 2/$2.00. I used a free mobile coupon from the CVS App.  Total: Free!

Calendula cream, sale price $8.49. I used a $2.00 manufacturer’s coupon. Total: $6.49 plus $6.00 ECBs and a $2.00 Checkout 51 rebate! (Anyone else have a bunch of these in their stockpile? I keep getting them for free.)

Shaw’s:

I was hoping to buy 6 packs of Snickers ice cream bars for $1.00 each after coupons. Unfortunately, someone else beat me to it (even though it was only 9:10 AM!). I left with a rain check. Hopefully, they’ll restock soon because I need them for our Memorial Day feast.

Rite Aid:

I waited until 5/20 to shop so I could use the 30% off Friends & Family coupon. I also learned how to activate Plenti bonus offers online—new way to save!

St. Ives facial scrub, sale price $4.50. I used a $1.50 manufacturer’s coupon and another $1.50 was deducted from the F & F coupon. Total: $1.99. plus $1.50 Plenti Points!

I also wanted Purex laundry detergent and a moneymaker deal on Muscle Milk. Both gone! Boo-hoo…

Target:

Luvs diapers, regular price $6.99. I used a $2.00 manufacturer’s coupon. Total: $4.99 plus a $2.00 Checkout 51 rebate!

Zantac Fusion, regular price $8.49. I used a $5.00 manufacturer’s coupon stacked with a $2.00 store coupon and a 30% off Cartwheel offer. Total: Free!
