There’s a pervasive myth that all coupons are for processed junk food. While the majority tend to be, there are many great resources for organic coupons! No matter how picky and/or restrictive your diet is, you can find healthy foods that are budget-friendly.
I’m not strict about buying organics, but I do like to eat healthy whenever I can. All of these companies have been a great resource for me:
Amy’s Kitchen – Printable coupons offered on their site occasionally and in the newspaper. The frozen dinners are decent.
Santa Cruz Organic – Coupons for juice, peanut butter, and syrups.
Rice Select – Coupons for rice, couscous, and orzo.
Cascadian Farms – Coupons for delicious frozen veggies/fruit and dry goods.
Snikiddy – Coupons for snack foods.
Organic Valley – Many coupons for dairy products with newsletter sign-up.
Earthbound Farms – Printable coupons for fresh and frozen fruits and veggies. I love their carrots!
Crunchmaster – Printable coupons for crackers and chips.
Lifeway – Printable coupons for Kefir products. Coupons are emailed monthly with their newsletter.
Stonyfield Farms – Great yogurt coupons from an amazing company based in my home state of New Hampshire!
Silk – Look for newspaper coupons and printables when you sign up on their site. Not all Silk milks are organic, but some are.
Whole Foods – If you have access to a Whole Foods market, check out their printable coupons and in-store coupon booklet.
Mambo Sprouts – Tons of printable coupons and occasional mailers.
Common Kindness – Huge variety of organic and healthy coupons.
Earth Fare – Lots of good coupons.
If there’s a particular product you like that’s not on the list, try reaching out to the company directly. Many companies will gladly send coupons for feedback.
