I relate to what you’re going through because I also struggle with weight. It’s hard to feel positive if you don’t feel attractive. I always gain some in Nov and Dec and then in Jan, it’s a wake up call. I’m kicking myself for over eating, yes, but feeling ashamed isn’t good either.
