Today is a VERY special day—my first out of quarantine! That’s right folks, after two and a half months, things are slowly returning to normal in my area. (Everything closed in March.)
Other than briefly leaving my home once a week for groceries and other necessities, I have been stuck inside. I had so many plans for blogging this spring that never happened due to the craziness. I know it’s been such a scary, stressful time for the entire world and I pray we can all return to our old routines.
To celebrate quarantine ending and Shavuot coming tomorrow night, I figured it was a perfect time for a giveaway, one that focuses on outdoor activity specifically.

Happy out of quarantine! I could imagine how good this must feel. I’m in NJ and we’re still under quarantine and I can’t wait until things get a little more normal.
I have family/friends in NY/NJ area and they have told me it’s terrible there right now. Praying for you!

Oh Happy Day, indeed! I live in KY and we are getting back to normal. The more I read statistics about Covid and articles written from doctors all across the country, the less afraid I am. Ready to be in nature, for sure!!
When this first started, I was so scared about the projected death rate. Thankfully, it seems like it was over-estimated. It’s good everyone was cautious, but I think maybe we went overboard.
This would be wonderful since I love shopping at L.L. Bean. I have not been doing much in the line of shopping during the quarantine because of the uncertain money issues so I would not know what to get!
Stay Safe because thing here are opening up but I am still scared and uncertain!

Nice to see you back. Awful things here in NYC – my brother’s SO died of the virus, my doctor died of the virus, and worst of all, my sweet mommy, my beloved mommy died of congestive heart failure here at home, in April. A brutal, horrible death. Because we couldn’t find her DNR, EMS came after an hour, and placed her cold, stiff body on the floor and did CPR for 20 minutes. My cousin arranged the “funeral” – buried 6 days after death, no rabbi, nobody at the cemetery…..they just dug a hole and put her next to my father. I am broken beyond words. Please pray for us, thank you.
